We want you to love your purchase from A is for Avery! If you are not satisfied, here’s how refunds work:

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process

  1. Contact us at sales@aisforavery.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer exchanges for the same product (for example, a different size or a replacement if the original was damaged).

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose a refund instead.
